1. Who we are

Delight on Tour & Travel ("we", "us") is a travel agency registered in Thailand under Tourism Business Licence No. 14/03569, operating the website delightontours.com. For any question about this policy, call or message us on +66 82 442 8651 (also WhatsApp), or write to our registered office at 83/109 Wisetsuknakhon Village, Soi Pracha Uthit 79, Pracha Uthit Road, Thung Khru, Bangkok 10140, Thailand.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry data — name, phone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, group size, an optional email address, and the details you type into our forms.
  • Booking data — flight numbers, hotel names, passenger names and payment references needed to operate your trip.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and analytics.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation
  • To operate the transfers, tours and tickets you book
  • To meet accounting, tax and tourism-licence obligations in Thailand

We do not run a marketing mailing list and we do not send unsolicited messages.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the suppliers required to deliver your trip — drivers, guides, hotels, boat operators and attraction venues — and with payment processors and our accountant. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for 10 years, as required by Thai tax law.

6. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Call or message us on +66 82 442 8651 and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

The site uses a small number of functional cookies and local-storage entries (for example, your language preference). Analytics cookies, where enabled, are used in aggregate only. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

8. Third-party embeds

Our contact page embeds Google Maps and our pages load the Kanit font from Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address when the content loads and are governed by Google's own privacy policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our services change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
